ABOUT:
Shannon Nance joined Banyan Search in 2022 as an Executive Recruiter bringing over 5 years of dedicated recruiting experience with a focus in Finance and Accounting. Beginning her career in Accounting and a graduate of Elon University, Shannon strives to help those in her community obtain their professional career goals. She most recently served as a Corporate Recruiter in the Public Accounting and Manufacturing industries. She has a passion for developing strong relationships with clients and candidates, and values being a trusted advisor in helping them find the best match.
COMMUNITY:
Shannon is very active in her church - Union Grove Baptist in Lexington, NC. Her son, Palmer, attends the Christian School and her family participates in many volunteer activities with the school. She actively supports and participates in the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation and also volunteers at local hospitals in her spare time.
PERSONAL:
Shannon and her husband, Nelson, have one amazing son named Palmer and an Aussiedoodle named Wrigley. They love to share family time, travel to the beach and enjoy playing golf as much as possible.
FUN FACT
Shannon played golf at Elon University and has a history of naming children after famous athletes.
